Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Saddam Adil, an independent performance marketing and SEO consultant based in Ahmedabad, India. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I am the data controller for information collected through this site.

What I collect
Information you give me
When you submit the contact or brief form, I collect:
- Name — so I know who I am replying to
- Email address — to send you a reply
- Phone / WhatsApp number — optional, only if you provide it
- Company name — optional
- Service interest and budget range — to judge whether I can actually help
- Your message — whatever you choose to write
Only name, email, service, and message are required. Everything else is optional. I do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents, or any special-category data (health, religion, politics, and so on). Please do not send them.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, this one records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and how long you stay. This is aggregated analytics, not surveillance — I use it to understand which content is useful, not to identify you personally.
Why I collect it, and on what legal basis

What I will never do: sell your data, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join. If you contact me about a project, you get a reply about that project. That is the entire transaction.
Analytics and tracking tools
This site uses the following third-party tools, each of which processes some data:
- Google Analytics — aggregated traffic and behaviour data. Google may process this outside your country. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Search Console — search performance data. This shows me which queries surface my pages; it does not identify individual searchers.
- Hostinger — my hosting provider. Server logs, including IP addresses, are retained by them as part of standard hosting operations.
- Calendly — if you book a call, Calendly processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp — if you message me on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not this one.

International transfers
I am based in India and my hosting and analytics providers operate globally. If you are in the EU or UK, this means your data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction. Where that happens through the third-party tools listed above, those providers rely on their own transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that go nowhere — deleted within 24 months, or sooner if you ask
- Client records — kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Analytics data — retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention period
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, and as a matter of right if you are in the EU or UK, you can ask me to:
- Access — tell you what data I hold about you
- Rectify — correct anything inaccurate
- Erase — delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict — stop processing it while a dispute is resolved
- Port — hand your data over in a machine-readable format
- Object — to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without giving a reason

If you are in the EU or UK and you think I have handled your data badly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. I would rather you told me first, but that right exists either way.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and protected against automated abuse. Data is stored on hosting infrastructure with standard access controls. No system is perfectly secure and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something — but if a breach ever affected your data, I would tell you, and I would tell the relevant authority where the law requires it.
Children
This is a B2B consulting website. It is not intended for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact me and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, I will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
