Terms & Conditions.
The rules for using this site and for working with me. Short, in plain English, and honest about what marketing work can and cannot promise.
1. Who you are agreeing with
This website is operated by Saddam Adil, an independent performance marketing and SEO consultant based in Ahmedabad, India ("I", "me", "my"). By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. Using this website
You may read, share, and reference anything published here. You may not:
- Copy or republish substantial parts of the content as your own
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the site at a volume that degrades it for others
- Attempt to breach, probe, or interfere with the site's security
- Use the contact form to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful
- Misrepresent yourself or your organisation when contacting me
3. About the services
I provide SEO, paid media, content, email, AI marketing automation, and related consulting. Everything on the service pages describes an approach, not a fixed product. Actual scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work starts — through a proposal, a statement of work, or an email we both accept.
Where this website and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a client relationship by itself.
4. What I cannot promise — SEO and marketing disclaimer
No one can guarantee a Google ranking, and anyone who does is either lying or about to get your site penalised. Search engines run proprietary algorithms that change constantly and that nobody outside those companies controls.
Specifically, I do not and cannot guarantee:
- A specific position for any keyword, or any position at all
- A specific volume of traffic, leads, enquiries, or revenue
- A specific return on investment or cost per acquisition
- That results achieved once will continue after an algorithm update
- That any timeline estimate will hold, since competitors and algorithms both move
What I do commit to is competent work, an honest read on your situation, and transparent reporting — including when the numbers are bad. Estimates and projections I give you are informed judgement based on experience and data. They are not promises, and they should not be treated as ones.
Results also depend heavily on things outside my control: your product, your pricing, your sales follow-up, your competitors, your budget, and how quickly your team implements what I recommend. A perfect strategy that nobody implements produces nothing.
5. Your responsibilities as a client
- Give me accurate information — a strategy built on wrong inputs produces wrong outputs
- Provide access to the accounts and tools the work requires, in reasonable time
- Respond to requests for approval within an agreed window, since delay moves timelines
- Ensure you own or have the rights to the content, images, and brand assets you give me
- Comply with the law and with the terms of the advertising platforms we use
6. Intellectual property
Mine
The content of this website — text, design, code, structure, and original graphics — belongs to me and is protected by copyright. My frameworks, audit methodology, templates, and tooling remain mine, including after an engagement ends. You get the benefit of them; you do not acquire ownership of them.
Yours
Your trademarks, brand, product information, and data remain yours throughout. I claim nothing over them.
What we create together
Deliverables produced specifically for you — audits, strategies, content, ad copy, landing pages — become yours once you have paid for them in full. Until payment, they remain mine. This is the ordinary arrangement and it is not personal.
I reserve the right to describe work anonymously in case studies — "a rubber manufacturer in Gujarat" rather than your name — unless we agree otherwise in writing. If you would rather I did not, say so and I will not.
7. Third-party platforms
Work frequently runs on platforms I do not control: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email service providers, your CMS, your hosting. Their outages, policy changes, account suspensions, price changes, and algorithm updates are not within my power. I will work around them; I cannot be held responsible for them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- This website is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind
- I am not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity
- My total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you actually paid me for the work in question
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded
9. Confidentiality
Anything you share with me in confidence stays confidential, whether or not an NDA is signed. If you want a formal NDA before sharing anything sensitive, ask — I will sign yours or send mine.
10. Ending an engagement
Either of us can end an engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Work completed up to that point is invoiced and payable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the detail.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction — unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise, in which case that agreement controls.
12. Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top will change when I do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Something here unclear?
Ask before you assume. Email saddam.adil653@gmail.com or send a brief. I would rather answer a question now than argue about interpretation later.
